I Call Donald Trump President l'Orange
What? He's big, orange, and really funny. It's French for President: The Orange.
The Department of Education Should Be Eliminated
It's tough for me to verbalize why I don't like the Department of Education. In my mind, thoughts against Federal bureaucracy, my support for the Tenth Amendment, and in general, a strong desire for local government to be more important, all collide. I feel like the Department of Education is the most unconstitutional part of the Executive Branch, as the Constitution is silent on the subject of education, and this means that it is clearly left up to the states and the people.
We Should Have a Medium-Sized, Highly Advanced Force of Nuclear Weapons
The United States exists in a dangerous world.
Until other countries are willing to eliminate their nuclear forces, we must maintain and indeed modernize our own.

The Education Bureaucracy is a Post-Modern Priesthood
I started thinking about the educational bureaucracy. That school districts are the biggest employer in many towns. That entire shadowy ISDs (Intermediate School Districts) exist with the sole purpose of facilitating - at great expense - the special education regime within a given area. That the principal of my elementary school, who I always took to be a fine man, finished out his career with the odd job title of Curriculum Development.
Entire degree fields, programs, and areas of study should be eliminated as they contribute to nothing but a wasteful priesthood whose acolytes sponge off of the public and whose writ is the Common Core.
